Slovakia
Slovakia is a landlocked country in central Europe, all known as
the Slovak Republic. An area of 49,000 square kilometers, population
5.38 million, Slovak 85.6%, other Hungarian, Gypsy family, such as
the Czech nation. Residents are Roman Catholic. The official
language is Slovak. Money for the Slovak Koruna. Capital,
Bratislava. 
National Flag

From the top down, the national flag has three white, blue and
red rectangles with a painted emblem to the left. White, blue and
red are the Pan-Slavic colors.
History
In 830, it was a part of the Moravian Empire. A total of 906
years after the demise of the empire, it fell under the rule of the
Austro-Hungarian Empire. In 1918, the Austro-Hungarian Empire fell
apart and the Czech Republic was formed. In May 1939, it was
occupied by Nazi Germany. In 1945, it was liberated with the help of
the Soviets. In December 1992 was the dissolution of the
Czechoslovak Federation. On January 1, 1995, the Slovak Republic
became an independent sovereign state.
Economic and Cultural Customs
Agriculture dominates the economy, with the key products wheat,
barley, rye, sugar beet and potatoes. Industries include raw
materials, petroleum, chemicals and food. Bratislava is the
country's largest city and petrochemical center. Bratislava Castle
(also known as Kit Yun Castle) is the oldest and most representative
building. The existing castle was built in 1287 and is shaped like
an inverted square table.
Tatra Mountains
Across central China and the EU Poland, Slovakia border
mountains. This is a beautiful area known as "Nature's Pearl." It
has crystal-like rock formations of the cliffs, and there is snow
and ice with dense forests and deep gorges during winter. It has
excellent ski runs, and is ideal for tourism and winter sports
venues. As well as the vast woodlands, there are 160 small mountain
lakes. The highest peak of the Gerlakh stem lake is very clear and
can be toured by boat.
