New Zealand - Animal Kingdom
New Zealand is located in the southwest Pacific Ocean, covering an area of 270,000 square kilometers. It has a population of 4.01 million, 79.6% of whom are the descendants of European immigrants, with the rest being mainly Maori or Chinese. Residents are Protestant or Catholic Christian, with English the most common language, with Maori also spoken. The currency is the New Zealand dollar, and the capital is Wellington.New Zealand Map

New Zealand flag is dark blue, with the British flag in the top left corner, symbolic of the relationship between the two countries. On the right side are four red five-pointed stars of white Xiang said the Southern Cross constellation, symbolizing independence and hope.

History

In 1350 the Maori people settled in New Zealand. In 1642 Dutch sailors landed, with the British Captain Cook also landing five times between 1769 and 1777. Since then, the British forced the Maori chiefs to sign the Treaty of Waitangi, resulting in New Zealand becoming a British colony. In 1907, the British agreed to the country’s independence, and New Zealand became a dominion of the British Empire, with the British retaining political, economic, and diplomatic control. Full independence was finally gained in 1947, when New Zealand became a sovereign nation and a member of the Commonwealth.

Waitomo caves
The Waitomo Caves are found in Auckland, and have a year-round constant temperature inside of 11C. They are popular amongst tourists who come to see the fireflies that gather in the caves. Hole with a huge natural stone, underground river inside the cave, connected with the outside of. Firefly hole in the dome and the wall on numerous New Zealand, Firefly, and thousands of Green Point reflection in the water is indeed a great spectacle.

Rotorua Taupo geothermal region
Ruapehu volcano is located south of the Central North Island and to the northeast of the Taupo District. The Rotorua Taupo geothermal region leads to the east coast, 240 kilometers long and 48 kilometers wide, with up to tens of meters of surface emitting steam of up to 120C in heat. The regions spas and hot springs are rich in therapeutic value, and Rotorua Taupo is one of the world's three major geothermal areas. Located in the Pacific volcanic belt west of the southern tip of the fault line, ground activities are very intense. First several hundred meters thick, hot rock and magma meters buried underground, the formation of abundant geothermal resources. At high temperatures, water pressure builds up and bursts through cracks in the ground, forming a variety of hot springs known as the "Pacific Wenquan Qi environment."

Economy and Cultural Customs

New Zealand is a developed country, and the economy is dominated by agriculture and animal husbandry. Natural and artificial grassland are widespread, and exported farm products account for more than 60% of total exports. Dairy, beef, and wool exports are amongst the best in the world, earning New Zealand the reputation of the "Animal Kingdom." Intensive livestock production has been achieved through a sophisticated mechanization of farm procedures, including pasture planting, harvesting, livestock shearing, milking, and slaughtering. The fruit and vegetable industry is growing in New Zealand, with many of the produce exported to other parts of the world; "Several Vigo" is New Zealand's most famous exported fruit. Industrial workers advocate farming products, food processing, large scale, rich in high-quality lamb, beef, butter and milk powder. The country’s forests enable the production of pulp, with New Zealand being one of the world's major exporters.
The Maori have a tradition of courtesy, and when they meet a distinguished guest they rub noses once or twice.

Natural Long Beach
The natural long beach is a rock formation, which starts in the northern South Island port of Nelson from Mackay cliff and extends all the way to the sea. It is about 6 meters above the sea level, 15 meters wide, and 134 meters long. Composed of numerous boulders, it also serves as a natural barrier to the port.. They are caving McCain Strait of eroded rock, well-tidal erosion, promote and arranged in a shape floating, after 10,000 years of accumulation, forming a natural causeway from northeast to southwest.
